1. Our Commitment

SkyPie, LLC ("SkyPie") is committed to providing a safe environment for all users. We have a zero-tolerance policy toward any content or behavior that exploits, harms, or endangers children.

2. Prohibition of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)

SkyPie strictly prohibits any form of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) on its platform. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) — any content that sexually exploits minors
• Grooming, solicitation, or any predatory behavior targeting minors
• Sharing, distributing, or linking to any content that sexualizes or exploits children
• Any communication or activity intended to facilitate harm to a child

3. Platform Usage

SkyPie is a digital coupon and deals platform intended for use by adults and businesses. The platform does not host user-generated content of a personal or social nature, and is not designed for or directed at children under the age of 13.

4. Enforcement

Any user found to be in violation of this policy will have their account immediately suspended and permanently banned. SkyPie will report any known or suspected CSAE to the appropriate authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and local law enforcement, as required by applicable law.

5. Reporting
